Rosted Acorn Squash Bisque, Baby spinach tossed with a apple cider vinaigette with duck beets, candied pumpkin seedsand duck fat croutons. Followed by Lobster Claw Risotto with fresh sage, Espresso & Black Pepper Rubbed Filet Tenderloin slcied overa crimini mushroom & pea ragu. Finishing the night with a molten black forest cake with dark chocolate and a center of Gran Marnier soaked cherries.
